1. Lincoln Southeast Quadrant

Urban extension on limestone plateau affording a unique vista of Lincoln and its Cathedral. Land allocated in Central Lincoln. Local plan for up to 6,000 homes, district centre, schools, community facilities, development and open space.

2. Sleaford BASS Maltings
(North Kesteven District Council)
Mixed use development of 204 residential units, 5,800sq m of health care and community and 1,391 sq m of restaurant/retail. 13.5 acres site, 1000 ft frontage total area of 50,000sq ft. Eight buildings, each with six storeys and five bays.

3. Charterholme

4. AI Growth Zone

5.Pioneer Park
(North East Lincolnshire)
Located within 2 miles of the Port of Immingham. Greenfield site outline planning for B1, B2 and B8 employment development. Total site approx 150 acres.

6. ICE Factory
(North East Lincolnshire)

15. Spitalgate Garden Village, Grantham

Delivering more than 3,000 homes, Spitalgate Heath will be built to Garden Village principals, providing a model forsustainable living with exemplary standards of design, construction and community facilities.

16. Grantham Southern Gateway
Employment Opportunity

118 hectare site of strategic employment importance. Centred on the new A1/Southern Relief Road interchange, the site will be an attractive and vibrant gateway to the sub-regional centre of Grantham.

17. STEP Fusion
(West Lindsey District Council)
STEP is the UK’S major technology and infrastructure programme to build a prototype fusion powerplant that will demonstrate net energy, fuel self-sufficiency and a viable route to plant maintenance. Located at West Burton - a former coal-fired power station.
