How long it takes

After you submit a request, we will

acknowledge your request within three working days
respond within 20 working days

We may need to ask you more information to clarify your request. If we do, the time limit to respond starts after we have received the clarification from you.

Requests that may take longer

Sometimes we will need to extend the deadline to respond to your request. We will contact you to let you know if this is the case
