Head of Programmes

Lead the development, delivery and strategic oversight of GLCCA’s major programmes across transport, skills, employment, infrastructure and business growth, providing senior advice and driving high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced political environment; based in Lincoln. Closing date: 26 April.

Programme Finance Officer

Support the financial management of GLCCA’s programme and project portfolio, providing accurate monitoring, reporting and compliance for grant‑funded activity, and ensuring strong governance and effective delivery across Greater Lincolnshire; based in Lincoln. Closing date: 26 April.

GLCCA Strategic Planner (Spatial Development)

Develop and lead the Greater Lincolnshire Spatial Development Strategy, shaping long‑term planning, housing, infrastructure and economic priorities to support sustainable growth across the region; based in Lincoln with some travel. Closing date: 3 May 2026.
