Adult Skills

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) has commissioned Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) to design and deliver the procurement for devolved Adult Skills in Greater Lincolnshire.  Procurement is being done via an Open Framework administered through the PANACEA portal.

The framework application stage closed on 9 January 2026 and suppliers have been appointed, as published on Find a Tender Service.

The Call off for direct contracts with GLCCA (via LCC) is now live on the Panacea portal and will close on 22 May 2026 at 1600.   All suppliers who are approved for Lot 2 have been invited via the Panacea system. 

Suppliers are reminded that only the information issued as part of the formal call-off process via PANACEA will constitute the official procurement documentation.
