UPDATE: The Brownfield Housing Fund Call for Sites 2026/27 is now closed.

The call for sites will reopen in April 2027.

  • Business Justification Cases can still be submitted to the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) before April 2027. However, please note that no schemes will be assessed until the Call for Sites reopens.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) has launched the Brownfield Housing Fund to unlock stalled sites and accelerate housing delivery on previously developed land.

We are seeking delivery-ready partners who can bring forward schemes that will deliver homes, regeneration and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

We want projects that:

  • Unlock stalled brownfield sites
  • Deliver new homes at pace
  • Address local housing need
  • Create high-quality places and communities
  • Leverage additional investment and co-funding

What We Can Fund

Support is available for:

  • Site remediation and preparation
  • Infrastructure and land assembly
  • Public realm and place-making
  • Direct housing delivery
