The £34 million fund is now open 

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) has launched the Brownfield Housing Fund to unlock stalled sites and accelerate housing delivery on previously developed land.

We are seeking delivery-ready partners who can bring forward schemes that will deliver homes, regeneration and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

We want projects that:

• Unlock stalled brownfield sites
• Deliver new homes at pace
• Address local housing need
• Create high-quality places and communities
• Leverage additional investment and co-funding

What We Can Fund

Support is available for:

• Site remediation and preparation
• Infrastructure and land assembly
• Public realm and place-making
• Direct housing delivery

• Total fund: £34 million
• Target: 1,142 homes
• Applications close: 11.59pm on 9 August 2026
