UKREIIF 2026 Greater Lincolnshire

Greater Lincolnshire is open for investment, with clear opportunities to innovate and grow.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) launched its new Investment Prospectus at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2026, presenting the area's growth and innovation opportunities to an audience of over 16,000 UK and international delegates.

Operating from the Greater Lincolnshire Pavilion on Pavilion Avenue during the three-day forum, the regional delegation set out to engage developers, investors, and strategic partners across several high-growth sectors, including clean energy, agri-tech, advanced manufacturing, housing, and infrastructure.

The official mayoral launch of the Greater Lincolnshire Investment Prospectus served as a central focus of the pavilion's programming. Presented by Mayor Dame Andrea Jenkyns DBE, alongside Lee Sirdfield, Chief Executive of the GLCCA, and Katie Johnston, Partner at PwC, the prospectus outlined a unified vision for regional growth and highlighted specific investable sites positioned for development.

The event also marked the unveiling of the Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy and Pipeline. Additionally, a dedicated session delivered in partnership with the Lincolnshire Co-op explored the region's potential as a center for intergenerational living, which concluded with a formal networking reception hosted by the Mayor.

Sector Spotlights: Freeport, Infrastructure, and Defence

The thematic programming across the event highlighted targeted sectoral opportunities designed to showcase Lincolnshire's unique regional assets. Key sessions included:

  • Freeport Development: A strategic look at reshaping investment models within the Humber Freeport and North East Lincolnshire.

  • Infrastructure: Panel discussions tracking county-wide infrastructure developments required to support commercial scaling.

  • Defence and Security: An exploration of Lincolnshire’s specialized capabilities in defence and how the region aligns with national security requirements.

  • Agri-Tech Innovation: Presentations detailing the deployment of advanced agricultural technologies and emerging investment opportunities across the local supply chain.

Following the showcase, the digital versions of the Investment Prospectus and the Trent-Humber Advanced Manufacturing ARC Prospectus were made available for wider review. The GLCCA investment team continues to invite inquiries from investors, developers, and operators interested in the region via investment@greaterlincolnshire-cca.gov.uk.
