Mayor takes Transport Roadshow across Greater Lincolnshire
Mayor Dame Andrea Jenkyns is launching a transport roadshow and survey, inviting residents to share travel experiences and help shape Greater Lincolnshire’s future Local Transport Plan.
Getting around Greater Lincolnshire looks different for everyone – whether that’s travelling to work, taking your children to school, using local bus services, or managing the cost of everyday journeys.
Mayor Dame Andrea Jenkyns is launching a Transport Roadshow to understand people’s travel experiences, and is inviting communities to join her onboard a dedicated Stagecoach bus travelling across Greater Lincolnshire.
The tour begins on Tuesday 16 June, stopping at Stamford Bus Station from 10am - 11am and Grantham High Street from 1pm - 2pm, before continuing to Scunthorpe and Gainsborough on Tuesday 23 June.
The roadshow coincides with the launch of an engagement survey that will help shape Greater Lincolnshire’s new Local Transport Plan (LTP).
By stepping onboard, residents can speak directly with the Mayor and transport planners, share their experiences, and complete the survey in person.
Further tour dates across Greater Lincolnshire’s rural and coastal communities will be announced soon.
The engagement survey will be published on Tuesday, launching on the same day the roadshow begins.
