Mayor Dame Andrea launched Greater Lincolnshire’s prime development opportunities
Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire, Dame Andrea Jenkyns DBE, officially launched the region's new Investment Prospectus at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2026 in Leeds, presenting major growth opportunities to an audience of over 16,000 delegates.
The mayoral launch, delivered alongside GLCCA Chief Executive Lee Sirdfield and PwC Partner Katie Johnston, outlined a unified economic vision for Greater Lincolnshire. The prospectus highlighted strategic, investable sites positioned for development across agri-tech, advanced manufacturing, housing, and infrastructure.
The promotional showcase at the Greater Lincolnshire Pavilion also featured the unveiling of the area's new Housing Strategy and Pipeline, alongside targeted sessions on the Humber Freeport, infrastructure scaling, and defence sector capabilities.
